As a 15th Generation Wudang Sanfeng Pai and 26th Generation Longmen Pai  practitioner of the Daoist arts, Samalita combines the ancient  techniques of tai chi, qi gong, dao yin and meditation into a fluid Dao  Moving Meditation for vitality, stress management and overall health and  wellness. With the foundation of the movements to be  incorporated into our daily lives, we can adapt these ancient techniques  into our modern world.   

With a cunning eye for art and design, Samalita has created and compiled costumes for live performances, theater and film.  She has consulted many performers and assisted in making them look their best for their performance.  Her artwork expands beyond the thread and her one of a kind clothing accessories to raw photography, painting, pen and ink original drawings, and works on digital art as well. 

Many of the productions Samalita has been involved with, included both on the stage and behind the scenes roles, from singing and acting to producing and directing.  She knows what it takes to host an event from beginning to end, and has experience working as the host venue to the event production side.  She has coordinated, managed and has been both a primary and supporting role in annual festivals, street fairs, stage productions and wellness events.
