Each offering meets you in a different place while supporting the same return to clarity, stability and alignment.

Personalized Sessions and Immersion

The Alignment Immersion

A personalized, in-home immersion

This is the most direct and integrative way to work together.  


Through one on one guidance we spend time within your home and daily environment to bring awareness to how you live—your space, nourishment, habits, rhythms and the patterns influencing your well-being through Daoist practices and principles.  From there, we begin making practical adjustments that support a more balanced and sustainable way of living.  


This may include:

  • refining daily habits, nourishment and lifestyle patterns
  • incorporating movement (tai chi, qi gong) and breath through Dao Moving Meditations
  • aligning your environment through spatial awareness, Yi Jing (I Ching) and feng shui 
  • refining personal presentation in a way that feels natural and aligned
  • guidance around organization, decision-making and use of resources 
  • developing awareness of strengths and challenges through the Yi Jing


Each session is tailored to you.  The intention is not to impose change, but to support a way of living that feels clear, grounded and sustainable—something you can carry forward on your own.

Dao Moving Meditations

Practice through intentional movement

These sessions offer a way to return to the body through gentle, intentional movement—cultivating vitality, reducing stress and supporting overall well-being. 


Rooted in Daoist practices, this work develops awareness, coordination and flow through tai chi, qi gong, Dao Yin, meditation, internal alchemy and stretching—all guided by the breath.  It supports balance within the physical body and nervous system while reconnecting breath, body, spirit and mind. 


More than movement, this is an integration of breath, body and qi.  Through practice, these principles begin to extend into daily life—supporting balance, adaptability, bodily strength and agility, and a steady sense of presence.

Over time, this practice becomes a foundation for how you move through all aspects of life—allowing life itself to become a moving meditation.

Yi Jing (I Ching) Readings

Insight through pattern and timing

An Yi Jing reading offers space to step back and see your life with greater clarity.  This ancient system reveals patterns, highlights strengths and challenges, and offers insight into how to work with your natural gifts.


You can think of your life like a spectrum of energies—some more present, others less expressed.  A reading brings these into awareness, allowing relationships, work, health and personal growth to come into better balance.  


There is an honesty in this process that brings deeper patterns to the surface, creating space for meaningful change.


During a session, we explore your current circumstances and questions—whether practical (timing, decision-making) or reflective (transition, direction).  The guidance grounded and applicable, supporting clarity, steadiness and ease.


You leave with simple points of awareness and practices to carry into daily life—supporting balance and a more coherent path forward.

For those seeking ongoing support, these sessions create space to integrate movement, breath and practical guidance while navigating life's challenges and opportunities.  Together, we uncover patterns, shift habits and build tools grounded in Daoist practices that support clarity and balance. 


This process is often described as “detective work”—bringing awareness to the triggers and patterns shaping your experience.  Each session meets you where you are, offering practical ways to move forward with steadiness and intention.


Over time, the focus is to build awareness and self-reliance—so you can navigate life more independently, with a deeper sense of alignment and trust in your own process.

Saber Fencing

Discipline through movement

Whether you are seeking to improve physical fitness, sharpen mental focus, or engage in a challenging and rewarding discipline, saber fencing offers a well-rounded practice for all ages and experience levels.


Saber fencing is a focused practice that develops awareness, timing and precision through physical agility and mental strategy.  It strengthens coordination, stamina and overall fitness while cultivating confidence, responsiveness and self-discipline.


What begins as a physical practice becomes a study in presence, responsiveness and control—qualities that translate directly into daily life.  While fencing builds individual skill, it also fosters a strong sense of community through shared training and collaboration.

Beginner Fencing Class

A comprehensive introduction covering history, equipment, target areas and foundational techniques.  Designed for beginners, this class provides a supportive environment to build confidence, coordination and understanding.

Intermediate Fencing Class

Builds on foundational skills through advanced techniques, refined footwork, rules and strategic elements.  Suitable for those with prior experience, whether pursuing fencing recreationally or competitively, this program supports continued growth. 


$139 per month (membership)

$40 gear rental (if needed)

Private Instruction

One-on-one sessions for accelerated development in technique, agility and strategy.  Suitable for beginners through competitive fencers.

Retreats & Travel

This work is designed to be shared across a variety of settings.


I travel to offer classes, workshops and immersive experiences—bringing these practices directly into communities.  These gatherings support participants in feeling more centered, energized and connected, with tools they can carry into daily life.


I also collaborate with retreat hosts and facilitators to integrate Daoist-based practices into existing offerings.  This may include intentional movement sessions incorporating tai chi and qi gong, integration support, lectures or immersive experiences.


These practices naturally complement other modalities from sound healing to medicine journeys—supporting presence, internal awareness and  a deeper connection to one's own energy and alignment.


Private sessions are also available through travel, allowing The Alignment Immersion and related work to take place within your home or chosen setting.


Select retreats are offered throughout the year, creating space for deeper immersion in a supportive natural environment.


These experiences offer an opportunity to step away from daily demands and engage more fully in practices that restore balance, clarity and connection.
