Immersed in a conscious lifestyle since birth, I understood from a very young age that there was more than met the eye. This curiosity led me down a path of knowledge, techniques, stories and lived experience, eventually bringing me to Master Chen from the Wudang Mountains.
Through his guidance, I received the Daoist lineage passed down from Grand Master Chen Yu Li and Grand Master Guo Gau Yi. I now carry the lineages of 15th Generation Wudang Sanfeng Pai and 26th Generation Longmen Pai, and am an ordained Tai He Dao Priest.
I share this knowledge alongside my own lived experience and self-realized understanding to support an aligned way of life. Through Aligned Living, I offer simple, practical disciplines that bring life into greater harmony.
Each session is tailored to the individual—based on their background, abilities, goals and current circumstances. The focus is to provide tools, practices and clear steps that place your health and well-being back into your own hands.
I am the founder of Dao Moving Meditations, an intentional practice that combines tai chi, qi gong, Dao Yin, meditation, stretching and internal alchemy into a fluid form that supports vitality, stress management and overall well-being. This work is a core part of the Aligned Living model, cultivating awareness so that life itself becomes a moving meditation.
I currently serve as the Director of Dao House and the Universal Consciousness Festival, sit on the board of Tai He Dao USA and work as a fencing coach with the Fencing Academy of Denver.
On behalf of Dao USA I also volunteer my time and share these practices through classes at community festivals and gatherings, as well as supporting other non-profits in their work—from addiction-based therapy to wellness-based outreach.
This work is especially supportive for those navigating transition, seeking clarity, or looking to bring greater alignment into how they live and move through life. It reflects my passion and purpose—to work with students and communities from all backgrounds, supporting individuals in living healthy, balanced and fulfilling lives while developing their full potential.
Take 30 minutes to pause, breathe and reconnect. This guided meditation helps release tension, clear the mind and restore a sense of balance—offering a calm center amidst the stress and pace of daily life, while introducing foundational Daoist principles and techniques.
Some unique and great things that are taught along with foundational and detailed breathing and movement synchronization of key movements that naturally brings about harnessing energy flow naturally. This is rare since most classes are just visually following a teacher without any of the detailed hands on feedback. This is true for master yoga teachers as well that I've come across and breathing with motion is one of the key pieces for good yoginis, so what we learn can be passed to yoga and just daily living in stressful situations and to get energized (especially if you're a desk jockey like me).
